The front side of the ground floor is an art gallery, which hosts daily exhibitions of works by cutting-edge artists, including paintings, installations, video works and music.

The café-bar at the back of the ground floor can also be used independently. The second floor is a multi-purpose studio with full-scale music and filming equipment. It can be used for small-scale, audience-attended live music and talk events, live streaming, filming, editing work and meetings. It is available for private hire on a reservation basis and can be used for any purpose with chairs, desks and other equipment laid out freely.
